Difficult to know which requests should be made for the same day via early morning phone, or which can be dealt with later. Apptmts requested later always seem to be too many days ahead.

I would appreciate more info about current doctors. Perhaps online.

If you are not feeling good it’s a struggle to have to sit on a telephone queue for 30 minutes or so

I waited all of 15 seconds before I was called through by my nurse. She was exceptionally jovial and friendly and did what needed to be done very professionally too.
